Operations

We have over 50 staff members working across different hubs to check product quality and ensure timely order deliveries.

Courier tracking IDs are generated within 5 minutes of placing an order.
You receive real-time shipment updates with timestamps.

Packaging

95% of our parcels are packed in boxes to protect the original product packaging and enhance presentation.
Box packaging improves the overall appearance, which results in happier customers, increased trust, and better delivery success rates.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day warranty. If there’s any technical issue or damage within this period, the product will either be repaired by a technician or replaced for the customer.

When returning a product:

  • The packaging must not be damaged.

  • The product should be in its original condition.

If these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.

Note:
The reseller will be responsible for the return shipping charges because we operate on wholesale margins, which are low.

If a product is returned and later becomes out of stock, the customer can either:

  • Receive a refund directly to their bank account, or

  • Choose an alternative option as available.
